DATA COLLECTED
While Booking we collect the details from the patient/s.
- personal details like Name , email id, Phone number, Wellness concern.
- They are assigned to our doctors.
- Consultation will be done either through video call or through voice call.
- At the time of consultation patient shares health data and shares required medical records according to their condition through Email or whatsapp or any other electronic medium of communication, Their personal data will be only used for the purpose of diagnosing and prognosis and will be stored for future reference
- Medicines ( Nutraceutical Product and or Ayurveda Propriety Medicine) will be prescribed by the respected doctor along with diet modification (Dietary advises and Diet charts will be provided)
- Medicines will be dispatched to the person’s address through courier. And Diet charts will be shared through E-mai or any other electronic communication medium like whatsapp etc.
- If the person could not make the appointment on time , it will be re scheduled.
